Warranty Policy

At Open Air Company, we believe outdoor furniture should be built to endure, evolve, and be renewed over time. Our warranty policy reflects our commitment to quality craftsmanship, long-term performance, and thoughtful materials designed for lasting outdoor living.

At Open Air Company, our collections are designed to bring elevated outdoor living to gathering spaces while delivering long-term performance in outdoor environments. Although our furniture is built using premium materials selected for durability and outdoor use, proper care and seasonal protection remain essential to preserving its appearance and longevity.

Our standard Warranty Coverage does not extend to damage resulting natural changes associated with everyday outdoor use, accidents, misuse, commercial overloading, exceeding the recommended weight capacity, natural disasters, loss, theft, intentional damage, or improper care and storage. During extended periods of non-use, we recommend covering frames after all surfaces have been properly cleaned and fully dried, and storing cushions in a dry environment whenever possible. For added peace of mind, we also offer Open Air Company Assurance — our protection plan available at the time of purchase that helps cover accidental incidents not included under our standard warranty, such as stains, punctures, rips, and other everyday mishaps. Because outdoor furniture is an investment, we created Assurance to provide additional long-term support and help protect the spaces you enjoy most.

Proper care and maintenance are necessary to preserve coverage under the Open Air Company Warranty. Failure to follow the recommended care, cleaning, storage, and maintenance guidelines outlined in the Open Air Company Care Guide may void warranty eligibility. The warranty does not apply to damage resulting from misuse, improper care or storage, environmental neglect, unauthorized modifications or repairs, severe weather events, standing water, harsh chemical exposure, or abnormal use conditions. Natural weathering, fading, and material variation resulting from normal outdoor exposure are also not considered manufacturing defects.

Open Air Company reserves the right to repair, refinish, replace, or provide a reasonably comparable product for any item determined to have a qualifying manufacturing defect under the applicable warranty coverage period. In the event a replacement product is required, exact material, finish, or fabric matches cannot be guaranteed due to natural variation, material availability, and product evolution over time. If the original product or finish is no longer available, Open Air Company may substitute a product of similar style, function, and value. Proof of purchase is required for all warranty claims and service requests. Any product repaired or replaced under the Open Air Company Warranty will remain covered only for the remainder of the original warranty period. Open Air Company shall not be liable for incidental or consequential damages beyond the original purchase price of the product.

Clearance, final sale, floor model, and as-is merchandise are excluded from warranty coverage unless otherwise stated in writing by Open Air Company. This warranty constitutes the sole and exclusive warranty and remedy provided by Open Air Company, and supersedes all other warranties, whether express or implied, to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law. No additional warranties, whether express or implied, extend beyond the terms specifically outlined within this warranty policy.

This warranty extends only to the original purchaser and is non-transferable. No representative, agent, dealer, or employee of Open Air Company is authorized to modify, expand, or alter the terms or scope of this warranty in any manner. Compliance with all care, maintenance, storage, and usage requirements outlined by Open Air Company constitutes a material condition of warranty coverage, and any violation or breach of such requirements by the purchaser or their agents may void warranty eligibility. Purchase and acceptance of any Open Air Company product constitutes acknowledgment and acceptance of the terms and conditions outlined within this warranty policy.
